Chromas: This shareware software will display and print chromatogram files generated by ABI automated DNA sequencers.

Sequence Scanner: This free software enables you to view, edit, print and export sequence data generated using the Applied Biosystems Genetic Analyzers. 


For Mac 

Edit View 1.0.1 (up to Version 9.2.2): This software is available free from Applied Biosystems, but does not support the lastest MacOS versions.

FinchTV (for Version 10.2 or higher): This software permits viewing and editing of chromatographs. It is part of a laboratory data software suite.

4Peaks (for Version 10.2 or higher): This software allows the user to analyze, edit and correct sequencing data directly, without having to first convert ABI or SCF formats for viewing on a Mac.
